The first month is held until 48 hours after move-in. If something's wrong, renters report it in those 48 hours.

Renters and landlords message on EcoonLiving. Phone numbers, bank details and outside links are blocked to prevent scams.

No inflated numbers, no stock photos instead of real ones. If something doesn't exist yet, we say so.
